I have discovered what I think is a bug. The keyboard mapper does not recognize software pause keys. I used other keys including such keys as scroll lock, page up, and multimedia functions and they worked. The pause key, however, does not work when entered via a software keyboard. Anyone that reads this should also look at my other keyboard mapper bug report.
