DosBox hanging when CTRL-WNDW key is pressed

Hello I'm new here, I searched the forums but didn't find too much about the CTRL key being a problem except for no CTRL-F(x) support.

First let me say that DosBox is awesome and I love it !!

I've been playing M&M2 and it works great. No sound but I think I always found the sound annoying when originally playing so it is a bonus. Anyway, sometimes the game hangs and keyboard is non responsive.

I've found that if CTRL-WNDW key is pressed the game hangs and keyboard input is gone. Now you're not supposed to do CTRL-WNDW, but CTRL-A for fast attack but my fat fingers sometimes have a mind of their own.

WNDW is that windows key next to the left CTRL. Anyway has anybody found this problem before or know a way to correct it? (Or is it a known bug with DosBox?)

Hmmm...I actually use all of those buttons a LOT.

The window key is very useful, especially if you get a program like WinKey, so you can customize your shortcuts using it. Because no other programs bind to the window key, you can be guaranteed that your hot key combinations won't interfere with other programs.

It's even useful in linux, for the same reason 😀.
