Hi,

I have noticed that DOSBox is missing a lot ofinternal and external DOS commands. I will like to contribute to the DOSBox project by extending DOSBox atleast to support all internal commands.

Please let me know how I can submit the code for that and if there is any guideline that I need to follow while developing the code.
