Things are going quite well and I'm about at 1/3 close to 1/2 way done.
If things keep going as smoothly as this it should be done half way next week. I won't be working on it this weekend though I have other things to do.

Actualy writing this program isn't all that difficult. It's already completely done and coded in my mind.

Time for a little update.
Yesterday I had a pretty productive evening. Most of the actual coding is done now it's down to testing, polishing. However, I do have some cool ideas which might take up a bit more time.
To give a general indication on how far along the frontend is: It's already running games and it's fully configurable.
With a little luck I'll have a beta release on thursday.

Another day another day, another zillion
lines of code.
Things are progressing VERY well.
However I've encoutered a problem,
I have ceveral cool ideas which I want
to implement. However this requires a complete
rewrite of ceveral elements of D-Fend. My
current code isn't flexible enough to allow
my ideas.
Rewriting will take up time and will pust back
the release date but it will allow me to do
some VERY neat stuff and it will improve the
program as a whole. Also with more flexible code
updating D-Fend and improving functionality in the
future will be a LOT easier.

Well to tell you people the truth I'm way to busy actually writing the damned thing to post screenshots. Right now all my free time is consumed writing it 😀. Also no screen is set in stone at this point so there's little use in posting a set of shots that might not even make it into the final release.
Also, I'm not going to tell you what kind of stuff I'm putting in D-Fend simply because it might not make it into the first release.
