i have looked at the code, and it looks like only minor adjustments to

src/hardware/joystick.cpp
src/gui/sdlmain.cpp

would be required in order to enable a second joystick.

is anyone well versed enough in the code to make those changes? i could probably spend a day arsing around and not get anywhere 😒 as i've never done any hardware programming before, and i've never used SDL.

i only want dual joystick support so that i can play a game called Sensible World of Soccer in 2 player mode 😁. dual joysticks work fine in dosemu with FreeDOS.
