I'd like to write mappers for the french and belgian keyboards, but I have some problems with non letters keys.

How do you bind a shifted key to a character? Using modifiers doesn't seem to work?

To get an Idea, here is the full belgian layout. The first row is the key "as is", the second is shifted, and the third is alt gr'ed.
