in 0.61 the refershe rates were based on what I set in the windows control pannel.

How ever with the current CVS from the pined thread does not. each time I run it I get either 60hz or 75 hz. and on my monitor 60hz looks better (probably somthing with my eyes)

This is quite frusterating because at 75hz the edges of the screen wobble and it gives me a headake.
