Erm... he had CVS access before and has submitted things, at least as early as a month ago. See changelog:

* include/cpu.h, src/cpu/core_normal/prefix_0f.h, src/cpu/cpu.cpp,
src/dos/dos_execute.cpp: better compatibility while in v86-mode
(Strike Commander etc.)
