Dos cdrom game from 1995 by Infogrames.

I cannot access "Parents menu" in all the versions I tried. Cannot test on genuine Dos though.
Maybe has something to do with the internal time clock?

Fetch the manual. Page 8 has the "special procedure (not to be told to children)" needed to access that screen.

It is time based, in a way - but nothing to do with the clock.
