I tried this as suggested on the 60 second to getting dosbox up and running... this got got me slightly further! It started playing the game, but as soon as I hit got to the "looking glass studios" logo screen it locked! I made sure it wasn't something stupid like a dirty disk, but to no avail... however oddly using headphone I heard popping sounds - one just as the origins screen comes one as its fades away, and then just as the studio screen fade a thrid pop... it always lock right there each time.... any ideas?
