I am unable to get the sound working with DKI, I have read the accompanying README thoroughly but its a no go. When the DK setup says there is a problem with sound I apply the automated settings and the test works but the game plays no sound.

The problem is I have a German version of the game so dont understand the error message, does anybody have DKI on their Mac using DOSbox and have sound working?

I have a MacBook (2008 model) and like I said the test works but no sound when the game is running.

You can try disabling all the un-used sound devices in DOSBox. Do yourself a favour an install one of the many frontends - it makes changing the setup much easier.

How do I install a frontend, sorry if I seem ignorant.

and how do I disable stuff?
