I tried to play pinball dream deliuxe on 0.61, and this is what i got... How can i fix that??

It's a "binary coded decimal" timer mode. Usually used with FLI/FLC players.
Try pressinh escape keys to skip the intro movie or try to delete any files with that extension, sometimes works.
I tried to remove that "exit" from source a few times and games then usually worked without problems 😀

On that case, pressing Escape didn't work, and since this game runs directly from the cd, i cound delete the intro files. Anything else I could try??

Try to copy all files from the CD to a folder on your harddisk, remove the FLI/FLC files from there, then mount the folder as CDROM in DOSBOX.

Or burn a copy of the CD without the FLI/FLC files.

Or wait until support for BCD counters has been implemented.

Or implement the support yourself.
