Hi... I don't know if anyone else even cares about this game but...

I'm trying to get the old 'Gold Box' game Pool of Radiance to run on my Windows XP-run comp. I'm installing from the 9-game gold collector's edition with the gold disc. Running DosBox 0.61, I create a party, adventure for some time, save the game, and exit. Then when I want to come back and play, and try to reload the game, it appears for some reason I am able to load from all the save slots (even though there should be only one, the one I've saved to), and each slot loads the game with all six characters being the same one (in this case my mage, who happened to be the sixth character in the party). I'm hoping someone has had a problem at least vaguely similar to my own and can help; thanks for reading.
