For DOS there isn't, I am pretty sure you saw a video with the upgraded amiga version by CFOU! , it uses 256color gfx from DOS version and has an in-game map... pretty awesome update.
For a DOSBOX environment you can use "THE ALL SEEING EYE" : http://personal.inet.fi/koti/jhirvonen/ase/

According to MobyGames the SEGA CD version of EotB has in-game level maps, but AFAIK none of the EotB Trilogy games have the feature on the DOS platform. Self-made maps with pencil and graph paper are just part of the original experience. 😉
Dungeon Hack, which is built on the same game engine as EotB III, has the feature, and that may be as close as you're going to get to EotB with automaps in DOS without resorting to addons, remakes, or source ports.
You could have bought the hint books, I did. The Museum of Computer Adventure Game History has scans.
