There are numerous threads about this game already. You may want to consider using Tandy sound.

I've tried every combination I could think of. I've tried installing to different folders and tried every combination with the conf file of the game. The only way I was able to get it to work was with Dosbox 0.65 and original D-Fend.

This other thread suggests you also need to have backslashes at the end of the path names.

I did the backslashes at the end and it still says insert disk 3 in c.

Reinstall the game from your original disks...maybe disk 3 isn't there, also check carefully what you're mounting against what was installed (maybe you're mounting poolrad as c and the game, clearly expects c:\poolrad as the game's folder), read carefully what jorpho said in both posts.

I'm using the Gamefest cd for the gold box games.
