I have W2Deluxe working fine under 0.62, sound, mouse, GFX, everything - COOL!!! 😁

But: Whenever I try to start a Random game, right after creation of the scenario (the progress bar hits 100%) I end up on the main menu, with the "Begin" button grayed out. Every time.

The random scenario is created, I can find it in my dir tree, and if I swap it out with one of the standard scenarios, I can even run it (so the random stuff is not corrupted or anything). But the renaming is tedious, so I'm wondering if anyone has it working, where you create a Random Scenario and it starts right away? 😖

Latest DOSBox version is 0.63 - You could try some CVS version too. 😎

Yea, I just saw that on the DB homepage. I grabbed the latest "stable" version from CVS I think.

I'll try 0.63.

Is there some obvious way (e.g. documented in readme) to enable some debug output? (No I haven't looked yet myself 😉 )Maybe I'm lucky and I see something, maybe W2DL is trying to access some path and fails.

Ok, I actually have 0.63 running. Still no go. 🙁

I'm running D-Fend, but I just checked and I have the same issue (no RMG games) with or without the GUI.

I checked the readme now and there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to turn on any debug output. I hope I won't have to recompile for debug!! 😳
