Do you have sound in other games?

Yes, at least in Settlers 2. I have read here in the forum about all sorts of soundpatches but I don't really know which one is my case here. As I said the music is working fine, but the soundeffects are half part of the game.

Maybe there's some setup.exe or soundset.exe in those game
directories, try setting it to sb16 addr220 dma1 irq7, maybe
switch to normal soundblaster instead of sb16.

Oh, in alone in the dark 2 there was such an option and now the soundeffects work perfectly. Thank you very much.

But still in Bioforge there isnt such an option.
