I am trying to install Quest for Glory 1 and I cannot get it to install on windows, so I thought I could try to install on dosbox but I cannot get my a: drive to mount, so I have no way of installing it? How do I mount my a drive or is there another way to install this game without mounting my a: drive. I am not using a cd but disks, so maybe I have to do something different?
What are the exact commands that you are trying to use to mount, and what is the exact problem/error that you're having?
The commands it tells you when you type intro, but I cannot get my A: drive to mount.
Please post the exact commands and the exact error message. I don't have access to a copy of DOSBox at work and can't vouch for what the intro message says.
It should be something like mount a a:\ -t floppy

mount a: a:\ works for me...
I don't think you can put a colon after the first 'a'.
Without knowing exactly what you're doing and exactly what you're seeing as a result, we can only guess at what might be going wrong.
