Hi,

i have installed a Windows 3.10 in my dosbox and it works fine. trouble is that i can only use 640x480 in 16 colors. What i need is a resolution at 640x480 in 256 colors.

When i change the resolution in the win 3.10 system it either crashes or fails to correctly display anything.

Dose anyone know if there is a special driver i can use to emulate the "Dosbox SVGA card" ?

Thanx in advance

I'm sure your Windows 3.1 handbook says how to install drivers 😀

alternatively, you can use the program "Setup" in Windows and look through the menus in it (I'm not at home, so I can't tell you exactly where and what to press) OR go back to the dosbox prompt, change dir to the windows dir and execute setup.exe again and only change the graphics driver.
