I have tried running QFG 41/2 and I get a message that says I need DPMI. I have read through the FAQ trying to find a way to enable it and can not find it. Any ideas on how to enable it on DosBox.

Seems to work fine in CVS with cwsdpmi r5, sb16 and general midi in 320x200. Choosing an alternative resolution (640x400 or 960x600) does not work; either Allegro or dosbox itself crashes on starting the game, in that case.
