I've looked around on the site, and I see lots of things about how to run a program. But if I understand right, I have to install SQ6 on the DOSbox first in order to get it running. How exactly do I install it?
Read the readme file that comes with DOSBox.
Type INTRO at the DOSBox Z:> prompt.

Mount a "C:" drive and mount your CD. Change to your CD drive and type INSTALL.

Well you install your game just as you would in dos, you can even do it from windows. Just run "INSTALL.EXE" on the CD and setup the sound options (Sound blaster for speech).
Then, as eL_Pusher suggested, go into dosbox and type intro for more help on running it.
