Hi. I built dosbox in Ubuntu Linux (Dapper - 6.06) from the 0.65 sources and from the cvs sources. With standard settings, Xcom freezes going into a mission.

Before looking into it further, I'd like to know if this is a problem specific to a Linux build, etc.. Is everyone else seeing this problem upon entering a mission? What system/build are you running?

PS. I'm running with a 64-bit core. I first noticed the freeze using a 64-bit build. I then made a 32-bit build in a 32-bit chroot environment and got the same result.

PPS. I noticed there is no 'dynamic' core available in my builds. What is the reason for this?

Edit: I'm not 100% sure that I ran a 32-bit build, since I'm not very familiar with chroot and the 32-bit environment silliness. I'll try to make sure of it.

I ran into it myself.
Wd told my about the gus problem.
DOSBox crashes because the missionprogram suddenly starts playing soundblaster sounds. (while the game isn't setup for it).
