Is there any way to install an additional driver like v24.sys, what normally is loaded in config.sys?

2 way:
1. Boot MS-DOS in DosBox.
2. Use a program that loads device drivers.

V24?? That sounds suspiciously like a drive for a serial interface? I doubt it will work with the standard DOSBox. Maybe a special Windows build with direct serial control will work?
