I've tried changing different sound options within the Wacky Wheel's SETUP.EXE, and ingame, but the Engine, & Sound FX blast at full level, while the Music sounds "staticky". Has anyone got this game to run with DOSBox without messed up sound?
Sounds pretty fine for me. What dosbox version/OS are you using?
As strange as this sounds but the game will play nicely on a xp without dosbox if you choose sound blaster for sound and for music just choose general midi. The game must be installed in dosbox but once installed it runs great without dosbox. You will get 100% perfect quality sounds and music. The game runs more nicely without dosbox but if you have vista than you will need dosbox to run it.
