If anyone can help me on the same game I would be so grateful!

I love Riva and recently wanted to start playing it again. I am running it with the windows compatibility set to windows95 and it runs. But as soon as I exit the temple with my characters, it crashes. Argghhhh!!

Any ideas how to make this game work ten years on? I have XP x

I have got it running fine with Dosbox now, but now whenever i try to go out of the town itself e.g. cemetery, out the gates It crashes with the error 'Cannot load scenery'. Any ideas on that? x

I'd like to say that many of my "can't find CD" issues in DOSBox have been solved by using BIN/CUE, and mounting the CUE file as such (I am using Mac OSX here):

imgmount d /users/cuttock/Library/MSDOSHD/CD/ROA_RIVA.cue -t iso

"ROA_RIVA" is the name of the BIN/CUE I made with Alcohol 120% on my Fusion install of Windows XP with my borrowed copy of ROA Shadow Over Riva CD. Using BIN/CUE worked for both Mac OSX and Windows versions of DOSBox.
