I'm having trouble getting Final Assault by Epyx to start. When I start the game, it goes to an option menu where you can select the graphics mode, and keyboard or joystick controls. When I select "Game" to start the game, instead of starting the game, it stops and puts a DOS prompt on the screen.

(I'm running DOSBOX 0.74)

It dumps you out like that when its physical copy protection fails. You could try an image of the original disk, but it still might not work if CRC errors and the like are expected.

If it's important to you to be able to run this game in DOSBox, send me a PM and I'll give you some details on bypassing the copy protection, which is actually rather weak.
