Or rather, it does resize, but back to some kind of "default" after popping to the size that I want it to be for about a half second. I'm trying to get the game to run in a windowed resolution of 1280x1024, but it keeps popping back to what I assume is a default of 640x480.

I've tried running it with all combinations of the tickbox options (Including "Start in Fullscreen mode", hoping that I could ALT+Enter into a window of desired resolution), and all rendering and scaling options. I've selected as my Video Card "svga_s3 (VESA 2.0 compatible S3 SuperVGA card)".
