Hi,

DOSBox is amazing. I'm so glad I don't have to hook up that crappy little 386 for my old games anymore! Things run so smooth and well on this program.

This includes Wizardry 7. The picture, the music, everything about it is perfect... except for one thing. The sound is absolutely garbled and nasty sounding, like a broken PC speaker. I've tried fiddling with the .conf file, changing IRQ settings and the like, turning off the beautifully playing music, switching to other sound cards like Adlib or Disney, but nothing seems to be working.

Is there something wrong with the game where the sounds just don't match up all that well? Or is there a fix to get the sound effects to work?
