Hi, i´m having heavy issues trying to run both games on DOSBOX even on VDMSOUND.
The trouble is that it installs ok, but setup.exe doesnt run in both apps...on dosbox i get a black screen and on Vdmsound i get a COM2 opening error. So i cannot run the game without enter setup before. Please help me here, i want play these games that much 🙁
I get the same thing (only a black screen) ,on a real machine, when cpu is to fast.
So try (in Dosbox) cycles=40000 or cycles=10000 before running setup.exe

This list has saved me a lot of trouble when having problems with a particular game...
I have setup screamer rally with dosbox to get setup working.
Then copyed the folder from dosbox to real C:
First i tryed it with dgvoodoo and vdmsound. It works but race is in slow motion and then for few seconds very fast, then slow motion again.
Then i tryed it with soundfx and dgvoodoo.
Race is fast now, but i think the game is harder.
I have Problems to hold the car on track.
Funny thing is, The KI has also Problems now:
Crashes in sharp curves, or do a 180 turn.
And with dosbox and nglide i think the game runs as it should.
Can it be, when it runs on real cpu, the cars are unplayable?
