Hi,

Having just discoverd DOSBox I am seriously impressed, it opens up a whole world of old gaming!

I've just tried my favourite Cannon Fodder 2. It starts fine and plays fine, but there is no sound. I've run the cannon fodder config file and matched settings in Boxer for Soundblaster. When I test the settings in the cannon fodder install file, I do get beep (i.e. a succesful test). In the game I don't get any sound, though.

Any ideas? Has anyone else had any success with this? Is there something I need to do?

It works!

A bit scratchy and jerky on the music, but at least I can here when I'm getting shot

Just so I know, what does that command do?

Loadfix allocates the specified amount of memory away from programs within dos box. Some programs need it to be able to run properly.

Got a problem running CF2 to, but in my case the game will not even start
but shuts down the DOS box (i've got 0.61).
Cannon Fodder1 runs perfect, but the Second part will not even start. !!!

Any clues ??? 😢

or is my copy broken- in this case any idea where i can download it ??
I've problems on the-underdogs (can't download anything) and the other
Abandon-Sites dont have the game 😢
