I try to get Orion Burger running with this damn Laserlok Copy Protection!

I always get: LASERLOK CD not found - error when starting Orion Burger without MSCDEX.

If i use the -t cdrom parameter, DOSBox crashes immediately with an error on some special CPU call.

I already copied all laserlok files with some special copy procedures to my harddisc and tried to emulate a directory there as cdrom, but same problems.

is there a way to come around it? i guess that dosbox doesn't support laserlok protection at all.

2 options:
1. nocd patch
2. wait for dosbox to support laserlock cd's. (wd might help you)

A NoCD Patch would be great, but i don't know where to get one. If anyone has an idea... 😅 😎

there are generic laserlock patches available,
can't tell if they work with orion burger, but
maybe worth a try

They DO work, but all of them generate a new 32-Bit executable for using under Windows. No way to get them work under DosBOX. 🙁 If anyone has an idea, i would be happy to know.

Is anyone able to send me his/her burger.exe file, that hasn't the laserlock routines in it? probably it'll work for my version...

LaserLock-Burger works fine with burger.exe from hotu-fullcd version (both english).
At first game must be installed (i.e. through DOSbox+DFend). In addition to burger.exe it requires dos4gw.exe in the game folder.
