As a warning, you may need to save your game and turn off music (in the game options) right before you play the "Dance of Death" [green] record. Every time I tried to play it with music enabled, it would lock up at that point. After doing the above, it let me continue in the game no problem. I was eventually able to turn the music back on without it locking up (it did it itself after a number of game saves and reloads).
