I've download dosbox to play to guilty!!and I do all I 've to do before play I enter all there is to enter
but when I enter the name .exe it talk me about the cd rom and I can't make it work how can I do?

a crack one, you can find it with a search engine, like google, or try megagames.com

edit: www.the-underdogs.org has a copy of the game with crack included.
