I successfully installed & had this game running in DOSBox. Sound effects, music, etc all worked. Then I patched to the official patch 1.1. No music no matter what I tried. I downloaded the patch from multiple sites & installed fresh each time in case the patch was bad. Same results. No more music. Mounting the CD as a folder or mounting the .iso made no difference either (fix for DS2 CD music).

CD version of the game, DOSBox 0.74. Anyone else had this issue?

ISO file type and CD music doesn't work, games with redbook audio have to be in .bin/.cue file formats for the music to work.

Certainly cue files are required. Some DOSBox patches allow the use of ISO and non redbook audio files.

It is also possible to use a cuescheet in combination with an ISO and compressed audio tracks in OGG or MP3 format.
