v0.71 is out.

The INT 70h error is still displayed on exit, but now I can play with or without DOS32a. And if I use core=dynamic, I no longer have to do the whole 20% increase in cycles (I just leave what's on default)!

The original extender does not have an int70 "error" (which is a warning anyways).
