Hi

I got MechWarrior 2 to work in DosBox this morning but when I am in a mission, I can't view mission objectives. The key to do this is F12. I'm guessing that because Ctrl-F12 is reserved for DosBox, so is F12. Any ideas?

Imagine a world where we can play all DOS games. Wouldn't it be nice?

Only CTRL F12 is used by DOSBOX, F12 should be ok... It is a bug if it does not work.

BTW: if you have conflicts (e.g. you need CTRL F12 in a game), then use key mapper (see README). You can remap any key and any DOSBOX function to another key.

f12 doesn't exist in dosbox. (didn't add it as keyboards used to go till f10 i think)

Can't I even key map it?

Talking about the key mapper, whenever I open it (by pressing Ctrl-F1), it crashes DosBox with the error "Segmentation Fault: Deploying Parachute".

Any ideas why it does that?

the crash =>
set output=overlay

the f12 maybe only if you run xkeyb.com (look at dosbox readme)

as our internal handler doesn't recognise f12 i think. (could be wrong. Didn't look at it recently)
