In an attempt to solve the SFX voice-over problem I was having while running Star Trek Judgment Rites under VDMS I downloaded DOSbox. But now I have a problem with DOSbox.

I mounted the C:\ drive directly to my game directory:

Z:\mount c c:\intrplay\trek2

I switch to the C:\ drive and type the run command (C:\trek2) and the title and copyright screen is presented (so I know I pointed to the correct application exicutable).

Once I press "any key" as the screen prompts to start the game the screen goes black and nothing happens untill I hit a key again -- then my problem is presented:

"Internal error:
VCCOpen : VCC file not found : fed.vcc
Game aborted..."

All game files are present -- the game works with VDMS (with SFX errors) and without (No Sound). I don't know what a .vcc file is or how to fix this problem? If anyone can help I would greatly appriciate it.
