I have the complete 185mb iso, the configuration is ok but still there's no voices, any ideas?

Why not start by saying something about how you installed it and how you're mounting your drives?
Though really, you'd probably be much better off using ScummVM instead of DOSBox. (Apparently even the GoG version uses ScummVM now.) Or try the Steam version.

If it's similar to Day of the Tentacle, you have to lower the amount of cycles when starting the game for the sound blaster detection to work correctly. Once it's started you can raise the cycles again.
