Given I had a spare few minutes over lunch, I tried out this for a quick blast. DOSBox 0.63, Fantasies from HOTU (although I do own the 21st Century compilation CD).

Anyways, ran the game for 10-15 on high resolution mode which looked a tad fuzzy/blurry when the table was scrolling. Then swapped to normal res mode which looked better.

On exit of the game I noticed a band (1.5" high) of flickering pixels right across the bottom of my monitor. Weird so I rebooted - they remained! Powered off the PC and the pixels remained! I eventually left the PC off for around 30 minutes and all seems to be well again. BTW The pixels looked about the same place as the pinball scoreboard area.

Win2K SP4
nVidia 4200 with 61.77 drivers
DOSBox 0.63, default configuration
LG 1810B TFT monitor running desktop res 1280x1024/60hz

Anyone have any thoughts about this? It looked like the monitor was being driven badly by the game which could be a concern for permanent damage?

TIA!
