First off my hardware:
AMD Athlon XP 2500+
Abit Nforce 2 motherboard (NF7-S v2)
1Gb PC3200 DDR RAM (2*512Mb)
Radeon 9500NP running as a 9700 (128Mb memory)
Onboard AC97 Sound
Windows XP Pro w/SP1

In Great Naval Battles: North Atlantic (GNB1) the CD version, using DOSBox 0.63 I get the same error everytime after running gnbna386.exe:

initCOUNT=0
LESS THAN 1MB FREE DISK SPACE

Happens everytime, same thing when on my spare PC. The CD is mounted correctly as d in the emulator, sound in the game is turned off. Thought it might have been a memory issue, tried using loadfix and disabling xms/ems - no dice. Mounted my C drive with differing amounts of free space - same error.

I have read that people have got it working using DOSBox and once of this error being reported but have never seen a solution so any help is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Andrew

Works fine on a 2.8gHz Pentium IV...

Good luck,
