This game is reported to be compatible but i seem to be having a real hard time making it work.

I tried disabling XMS and enabling EMS by chaning the .conf file value from true to false ect.

I get booted to dos with following error message

"No system ressources , ouch something nasty happened."

When i try to run the game in normal dos or with vdms, it says i need 610k of conventionnal memory. I tried setting all .exe .com files to max out values in memory tab but to no avail.

any suggestions ?

Don't have the game so can't test it.

But if you want to try running it under XP, go through your autoexec.nt file in c:\Windows\system32 and disable dosx.exe. That should give ya enough memory.

Sobah - DOSBox leaves an "unsual" high amount (637 KB) of conventional free for the program to use. Sometimes this confuses the hell out the program, and it refuses to load. You can try the loadfix to "steal" some of the memory (check with mem) before you run the program. It might enable the program to run.
