You need to install the game. If you have the CD, make an ISO, and mount that ISO in the emulated CD drive of Daemon Tools, Disc Juggler, Alcohol 120%, etc.
If the emulated CD drive is drive "H", then type the following in the autoexec section of the dosbox config file and save:

mount d h:\ -t cdrom

Now, start up Dosbox, access the emulated CD drive by typing:

d:

At the d:\ prompt, type "dir" to see whats on the CD, making sure to look for install.exe or install.bat. type that.
Once installed, you'll see a directory named "NOCTROP" in the emulated C:/ drive.

Now, while LEAVING the ISO in the emulated CD drive, type:

Cd/Noctrop

Find the game exe or bat, and execute.
Game worked just fine for me!

Cuttock: same here, I found a site that hosted the full game, downloaded, loaded ISO and it went perfectly. I was so happy I bought the game on eBay a few days ago 😜 I didn't want to risk buying another game that wouldn't run.

Yeah and very friendly webmaster. I couldn't download at first because the port used for download was blocked by my ISP because it was mainly used by Worms. He changed the default port and rebooted the server just for me 😜
