Does anyone have experience with The All Seeing Eye automapper for Eye of the Beholder?

I am wondering if it has to be played in a windowed environment like is shown in the screenshots, or if I can switch between the map screen and EOB while fullscreen. Even better would be if I could fullscreen both with one of them on a second monitor, but I'm pretty sure DOSBox can't do that, though I think 86Box could.
