I install win3.11 and restart the dosbox.
When I run c:\windows\win.com the program exit and post "Video initialization failed. You need to run the setup program again."
how cna i run win3.11 in dosbox.

What version of DOSBox are you using? You need to use a recent CVS build.
type "win /b" instead of "win"
Go into "dosbox.conf" and do as showed below
[dos]
# xms -- Enable XMS support.
# ems -- Enable EMS support.
xms=true
ems=false
Then type win/b instead of win
actually with current CVS it should run without /b (does so for me)
Urr... I got that message when I was trying to install Windows recently, but it's gone now and I can't remember what I did. If I can remember how to reproduce it, I'll post here, but no promises.
I did install the S3 Trio driver as according to the thread in the development forum, though (in order to get 256 colors).
Also, make sure there's some Soundblaster emulation on, otherwise Windows will say that you're using an unsupported DOS version.
