If Dosbox fails to autodetect your keyboard layout properly, try changing it by editing your dosbox configuration under [dos] section
[dos]
keyboardlayout=auto

Change "auto" to one of these values:
For example for Turkish keyboard: keyboardlayout=tr440 (This layout also allows to switch between two different layouts with leftalt-leftshift and leftalt-rightshift)
