Hey guys, just got my friend set up with DOSBox and blood and we were playing some coop earlier - so good, this game is one of my new favorites.

I was wondering though, is there supposed to be a way to respawn after dying in coop or do we always have to start a new game/load a save whenever both of us are dead?

+ + any tips for decreasing the lag? We're doing network play over Hamachi
