The problem is the next. I have a mobile internet and my brother too.
If I create a server and see its address is always 127.0.0.1
When my bro try to connect my real IP it's always unable to connect
and vice versa. How can we get it to work? Please help!!
Mobile internet? You both can carry around copies of the whole internet with you? The wonders of technology never cease to amaze me.
127.0.0.1 is the loopback adress of your network adapter (see here). Your brother will be amazed to see that his loopback adress is 127.0.0.1, too. You need to connect to your "real" (external) IP adress. You may also need to configure your firewall and forward ports on your router. See this forum and (for example) portforward.com for examples/tutorials.
