Okay, so my girlfriend and I are trying to play Doom 2 together on DOSBox via IPX emulation but we can't get it to work. We both have ipx=true in our configuration. When I first started a server, my firewall blocked it but I set it as an exception. I set my session as a server and it worked perfectly, but when she tried to connect using my IP address, it said "failed to connect". I tried setting the UDP port to 50000 on both ends, but no dice. I've also tried having her be the server, but that didn't work either. I've seen other threads on this but they didn't help. Any suggestions? We're both running Windows 7, by the way.
