Hello,
I have question about DIP ram chips.
I have 286 motherboard with dip ram sockets, they are populated with 150 ns chips. Sadly one of them gone bad, at my local seller there are only 120 ns chips avalible.
Is it possible to mix ram chips with different timings?

Yes, the board will determine what speed they run at, and putting in faster chips won't be a problem
