I'm trying to locate a floppy cable that will work with my Tandy 1000 SX. It appears the Tandy uses a non-twisted floppy cabled with a IDC connector on the motherboard and card edge connector going to the floppy. From what I can tell power is not supplied through the cable for the drive like some other Tandy models. Though is to buy some ribbon cable and the coonector to make a cable since I can't seem to find one already made for purchase.

Use a normal old FDC cable that has a card edge connector and either untwist or take off and place the primary connector before the twist.

Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.

Will do, thank you.
